Our Product
Lemsford cases are renowned for their ability to safeguard fragile and valuable equipment, featuring a robust construction from 14g s.w.g. rigidised aluminum. This material includes a pre-rolled stippled pattern that optimizes the strength-to-weight ratio, making these cases both durable and lightweight.
The welded corner seams and weatherproof seals between the lid and base ensure that the contents remain protected from external elements. Additionally, the continuous aluminum alloy hinge, reinforced with a strong steel pin, allows for smooth operation while guaranteeing a secure closure. The perfect fit between the lid and base is achieved through male-female extrusions and a neoprene gasket, providing enhanced security.
Inside, high-density expanded polyethylene inserts and aluminum partitions offer superior cushioning, ensuring that equipment remains safe and intact during transport.

For heavier items, we can include metal partitions between foam pockets.

Monitor Cases
Our operational monitor case for flatscreen video monitors contain a built-in tilt frame and sunshade, so the monitor remains mounted in the case while in use. A standard lighting spigot is also supplied with the case.
We can also design the case to allow for landscape and portrait viewing.
Rack Mount Cases
We manufacture bespoke Rack Mount cases to protect your AV or IT equipment. These can be designed to have shock mount rack frame for additional protection.
